We have a dedicated bakery just for our gluten free cakes, so you can feel confident that your gluten free customers can enjoy a slice of cake without the worry of having to do full kitchen clean-downs if you were baking your own. With our cakes, you can also have POS cards which clearly display the list of ingredients for each of the wholesale cakes you choose. Which is another weight off your mind.
