Our Customer Service Commitment

  1. We aim to get back to you within 3-6hrs during working hours (mon-fri, 9-5).
  2. We're happy to arrange any order amendments or cancellations, but we may not be able to change orders that are already in process.
  3. You can also call us on 01263 711033 (mon-fri 9-4pm), but we can't take orders over the phone.
  4. You should get confirmation your query has been received straight away, but if you don't please check your junk folder, and if necessary get in touch by phone to confirm.
