• Sponge is a company I’ve know of since early days and the quality hasn’t wavered in that time. The Berry Bliss was fresh and I took inspiration from the site to decorate with berries which went down a storm with the family. A lovely alternative to a Vicki Sponge or Lemon drizzle.

• Loved the triple layer of berry buttercream, very tasty

• Our second in a few weeks - my adult children loved - I'm not a cake eater but it looked wonderful & so so fresh
