I first heard of Sponge when my mother in law sent me a selection of small cakes from here for my birthday and I absolutely loved them. I've been raving about Sponge to everyone I know since then! Very, very highly recommended.

• What a delight this cake is! The lemon curd is truly delicious and the vegan option seems to add more texture to the sponge which adds more taste. I've ordered another!!!

• Absolutely delicious. I enjoy baking but sometimes you don’t have time or just want to indulge in something ready done, but when you’re vegan your options can be really limited, or the ready made products are really dry. But these vegan cakes (this is my second order) are delicious, soft, and so amazing. I defy anyone to be able to tell they’re even vegan.

• Bought as a gift for my son’s graduation as lemon meringue is his favourite. It was well packaged, tasted great and didn’t last long.
