• Delicious vegan cake !! Loved by the four of us for a Birthday. I froze it when it came and defrosted it a few weeks later .it was deliciously moist with just the right amount of ginger ! Yum

• Totally delicious, not at all dry, full of flavour, I buy because I cannot eat eggs, and when I share my vegan cake with friends, none of them would know it wasn't made without dairy/eggs. Whatever the recipe is, it's perfect!

• I have ordered several cakes from Sponge and all have been delicious, all Vegan. This is my favourite, moist, super tasty and enjoyed by all (vegan and non vegan).
