• Lovely warm ginger flavour with lemon in the butter cream. Not too sweet. The cake was moist and kept well in the cake tin.

• I have ordered several cakes from Sponge and all have been delicious, all Vegan. This is my favourite, moist, super tasty and enjoyed by all (vegan and non vegan).
