• Everyone commented on how great the cake was and the smell was so gorgeous it should be made into candles for all to share

• This one has been my favourite so far. Gluten free cakes are generally more dry in texture than standard ones, even the lovely ones from Sponge. However this one was lovely tasting and perfectly moist, the best one yet. Don't know if it was the apple chunks that made the difference but we all noticed that this one was the most moist of all the ones we have had previously. Hope that Sponge keeps this in their range full time rather than limited edition as they have excelled this time. Highly recommended.
