• Our friend was visiting us after we moved hours away. It was also their birthday, so the cake of the week was perfect. Had the gluten free option so all could enjoy. It was deliciously sweet, perhaps a fraction drier than usual but it was never going to last!

• Very attractive cake. The raspberry flavour was good because of the 'bits' in the sponge. Would recommend.

• We tried the raspberry and white chocolate gluten-free this time and it was beautiful, so light and moist and not too sweet. I bought the larger size to share as it was for a Birthday but it was gone in a flash!

• The cake looked very appealing and was delivered looking great. The bake was moist and not crumbly as gluten free cakes can be sometime. It tasted lovely, bits of raspberry throughout and gorgeous white chocolate chips too. Absolutely delicious for those who need gluten free foods and those that don’t

• Shop bought Gluten free cakes are pretty dry old things, sponge.co.uk's cakes are always moist. To be honest you wouldn't know they were gluten free! We love them
