• This was delivered to my dad for father's Day, he's gluten intolerant so we love that I can still treat him with the amazing Sponge cakes. He thinks it tastes even better than the original sponge and that's a huge compliment because he really loved them. The cake is sweet and fluffy and then that nut topping is the cherry on the cake (pun intended) one of the best sponge flavours, and we've tried quite a few lol

• The maple & pecan sponge is smaller, flatter and more dense than the other sponges. The flavour is delicious but, it is also less moist than the other sponges on offer, maybe a dairy free cream through the middle would help this. I have been having it with fresh fruit. I enjoy most of the gluten & dairy free offerings from Sponge and recommend them. I would love to see a lemon drizzle non dairy butter cream sponge offered.

• Really nice full of pecans !not over sweet and full of flavor served it for afternoon tea and everyone enjoyed and was shocked the cake was Gluten Free Will definitely order this again! Delicious 😋
