• Bought for my husband’s 50th and he was so happy- 10 years of being a coeliac and we have found a great celebration cake!

• One of the best tasting lemon cakes ever - nobody noticed it was gluten free

• First time we'd had the gluten free lemon meringue cake and it was delicious. Usually I order the gluten free cakes to be delivered to my daughter who has coeliac disease but on thus occasion she was visiting us so we were able to enjoy a slice. The comment I made above about delivery was for the delivery of baby sponges made after the lemon meringue which was delivered by DHL but also on time and in good condition. I was pleased to see Sponge gluten free cakes are now accredited by coeliac UK.
