We know that not everyone enjoys cake as much as we do, but if you are a chocolate lover, then brownies can be the perfect alternative. Also, if you want to make it extra special for a celebration, why not get two big brownies, some icing (if you like it – we recommend chocolate fudge icing to make it even more special), and put them all together to make yourself a brownie cake. Although, ever so indulgent and rich, it’s a great, slightly naughty dessert that will make many people smile. Just add some candles and you have yourself a wonderful birthday cake alternative.
Sponge brownies are perfect for creating a brownie cake, we went away from the tradition of a square brownie. Our brownies are round, there’s a reason for this, and a very good one. One thing we thought about when we set out to develop our brownie range, we realised that everyone had a different preference to what part of a brownie we all preferred. Some are more inclined towards a gooey centre, others like the crispy edges, but we all love a fudgy brownie. So, by creating a round brownie, you avoid disappointment, as they can be cut into wedges, everyone can get the best bit of the brownie. And when you layer two of our brownies on top of each other with some icing in the middle, it really does resemble a traditional birthday cake.
If you are more of a traditional person, you would probably lean towards our triple chocolate brownie - our classic Triple Chocolate Brownie is gloriously gooey in the middle with melted triple chocolate chunks running throughout. It is encased with a crunchy top and decorated with a triple chocolate drizzle. Pure. Chocolate. Heaven.
But we know some enjoy going against the grain, so we developed some flavour combinations that match perfectly to the chocolate heavy brownie. Including a Speculoos caramel biscuit brownie, raspberry and white chocolate brownie, chocolate orange brownie, and a hazelnut praline brownie.

We wanted to make our brownie range as accessible to our customers as possible, in terms of catering for dietary requirements.
