Our Number Cakes are ideal for 1st birthdays, for a boy or a girl! We have a great range of topper templates to choose from, and you can add a number to them, as well as other elements to create the perfect first birthday cake. It's easy to create a number cake with Sponge. Simply choose your topper design, pop in the number you want to appear on the cake, and review your design.
Choose between a Victoria Sponge Cake for 8 or for 16 on the drop-down menu above. Then you can choose from one of our fun designs, and enter the number you want to appear on the cake to the topper design. The number toppers are printed using edible ink onto an icing disc which will then be cut out and carefully placed and secured on top of your Victoria Sponge Cake. Your cake will then be securely packaged to arrive at your chosen delivery address.
Whole Cakes

Our packs of 4 and 8 are gift wrapped for gifting, and our larger packs of 16, 40, 80, and 120 are for parties and arrive in their individual boxes unwrapped. They are also the perfect size for someone’s first cake all to themself, and easy to hand out to friends and family at a party.

For a special occasion, we recommend selecting the delivery date for a day or two before you require your order to make sure it is there in plenty of time. This is in case there are problems with the delivery (breakdowns, exceptional circumstances, or events). Our cakes have either a 7 or 10 day life from the date of dispatch, depending on the flavour, so even if they arrive a day or two early, they will still be fresh and delicious on your special occasion.
