Number Cakes - Our Number Cakes are ideal for birthdays or anniversaries! Whether you're celebrating someone's 70th birthday or a 1st Wedding anniversary, it's easy to create a number cake with Sponge.
Simply choose your topper design, pop in the number you want to appear on the cake, and review your design. We've got a great range of toppers to choose from, so you're sure to find one fit for your occasion!
Choose between our two delicious flavours – Victoria Sponge or Chocolate cake, for 8 or for 16. Then you can choose from one of our fun designs, enter the number you want to appear on the cake to the topper design. The number toppers are printed using edible ink onto an icing disc which will then be cut out and carefully placed and secured on top of your Victoria Sponge Cake. Your cake will then be securely packaged to arrive at your chosen delivery address.

Our small team of expert bakers takes great care while preparing your topped cakes, so it takes a little longer to create them, meaning we need to allow an extra day to process photo cake orders. This also means that there may be limited availability when demand is high.
You can place an order for your number cake in advance for a special occasion using the calendar as you go through the checkout.
