What’s the easiest way to put a smile on someone’s face? Give them something you know they’ll love. We know, that’s obvious. There is something though that the majority of people love and that is cake. Everyone has a favourite flavour, whether it’s a classic such as a Victoria Sponge, or something a bit more unusual like Red Velvet, we all have a go to flavour.
A question that comes up quite often is how can I send a slice of cake in the post? You might think that’s an odd question, but there are a few reasons for this question. Sometimes you can’t be with a loved on for a special occasion, and they may be on their own, so you don’t want to send them a huge cake as they may not be able to finish it all by themself. Or, if you’re not sure if they are going to have a cake for their special occasion already, then you’ll only want to send them a small amount of cake to be on the safe side.
We came up with a quirky solution to the question, as we could see there was a fair amount of demand for simply sending a slice or two of cake, as opposed to a whole cake. And our solution involves sending one or two slices of cake inside a greetings card.
