When you’re having a special celebration, you might want to get an extra special personalised cake to make a bigger impression. A great way to do that is with an edible cake topper! We have brought back our Photo Cakes, which means you can now create wonderful cake toppers to pop on top of a cake.

To create your own Photo Cake visit our Photo Cakes page. Once there you can choose between our luxurious Chocolate Photo Cake or our delicious Victoria Sponge Cake, both of these cakes are available in two different sizes; for 8 or for 16 people. To help you choose which one is the right flavour for you here is some more information about these scrumptious cakes:
Chocolate Cake – Luxurious and rich chocolate, flour, and free range eggs create a moist and indulgent Sponge. English butter and chocolate create the ultimate chocolate buttercream and milk chocolate flakes decorate the top. A chocaholics dream!
Victoria Sponge Cake – Free range eggs, flour, and natural vanilla flavouring creates our award-winning light and fluffy Victoria Sponge. The buttercream is made from English butter and natural vanilla flavouring which is complemented perfectly with quality raspberry jam.
After you’ve decided which flavour and which size you would like, click on the buy button to begin adding the cake to your photo cake to the basket.
Next you will be taken through to the design part of our photo cakes. You will see there are lots of designs there already, you can even filter them by theme or special occasions such as birthday, anniversary, thank you, thinking of you cake toppers, and more! There’s a cake topper design for all occasions.
If you can’t see a design that you like or if you want to just create your own cake topper, select the topper that says “Your Design Here” to start creating a fully personalised photo cake topper.
Once you’ve selected the topper that’s right for you, you’ll be taken through to our cake topper design studio:
Here you can personalise the topper by adding your own message, you can change the text size and style. If you would like to add another text block you can click the ‘A’ on the left-hand side of the cake topper builder.
Underneath the A is an icon that looks like two hills with a sun in the corner, if you click on this you can upload an image of your choice to the cake topper.
As you can see the image will be highlighted and you can resize the image to fit the topper as you would like to fit on the topper.
As mentioned above you can add in any text you want to complete your cake topper.
The circle outline is your guide, make sure that anything you want to be included on the cake topper stays withing that guideline.
If you look at it and decide that something isn’t quite right you can delete elements by selecting the part you want to delete and clicking the bin icon that appears.
When you’re ready click the approve button which will take you through to the next page which will show you a preview of how the topper will look on your cake.
If you’re still happy with it you can click the submit button or to make changes click the back button.
After that, you can go through the normal checkout process adding any extras along the way. Once you’ve completed the checkout process, and when we receive your order we will prepare it by hand, ready to dispatch.
