Did you know it’s cocktail day on the 13th May 2021? Well, it is! A day to enjoy a delicious cocktail as a way to wind down and relax at the end of the day. Did you also know that you can now include a cocktail with our delicious cakes? That’s right! As an extra special treat you can include a yummy cocktail in the box with a cake, brownie, baby sponges, or it can be added as a second slice in our Cake Cards!
Cocktails
Peach and Elderflower Collins Cocktail - A refreshing gin-based cocktail flavoured with peach and elderflower. It’s made with London Dry Gin, elderflower, white peach puree and citrus. Best enjoyed in a tall glass over cubed ice and topped with soda or prosecco and garnished with a slice of lemon.
Passion fruit Martini Cocktail - This modern classic cocktail is full of fresh flavours perfect for any celebration! The cocktail is Made with passion fruit liqueur, vodka, vanilla, passion fruit and citrus. Combining the flavours of passion fruit and vanilla with a shot of Prosecco on the side will dazzle your tastebuds! The perfect treat for your loved ones.

Whole Cakes
We have lots of whole cake flavours to choose from including classic flavours such as Victoria Sponge Cake, Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake, and coffee cake. Limited edition flavours such as Speculoos Biscoff, and Lemon and Elderflower. There are lots of other options to suit your requirements such as a range of gluten free cakes, dairy free cakes and vegan cakes. You can add the cocktail as a personalisation extra to your order, along with a range of other lovely goodies to create a fabulous gift.
Brownies
You can add a cocktail to send with one of our scrumptious brownies as well, here are some of the brownies flavours you can choose from:
Hazelnut Praline Brownie – This decadent and creamy Hazelnut Praline brownie is a nutella lover's dream! The rich and gooey chocolate brownie has hazelnut praline and roasted hazelnut pieces running through it. It is then topped with more hazelnut pieces and spun in deliciously dark chocolate.
Raspberry & White Chocolate Brownie – Our luxurious White Chocolate and Raspberry Brownies are the perfect blend of gooey rich chocolate, sharp raspberries, and sweet white chocolate. Raspberry pieces and white chocolate chunks run through the middle, and on the top is a pretty raspberry and white chocolate drizzle with a sprinkling of delicious raspberry pieces. Yum.
