The light and summery sponge gluten-free cake is flavoured with prosecco and has strawberry pieces running through it. It is sandwiched together with a single layer of prosecco flavoured buttercream and a single layer of sweet strawberry buttercream. On top you will find more prosecco buttercream, a smattering of strawberries and a dusting of strawberry powder. The perfect cake for lovers of this popular Italian tipple!
