Gluten and Dairy Free Elizabeth Cake
A gluten and dairy free cake with apricot and lemon flavours, ground almonds and finished with a golden crown of Demerara Sugar. Juicy sultanas, free range eggs, lemon juice, gluten free flour mix and ground almonds create this fruity sponge.
Our vegan cakes contain no dairy or eggs, that’s why they can be enjoyed by those with dairy intolerances, egg intolerances and vegans.
Grated carrots, soya milk, walnuts, sultanas and cinnamon make a deliciously moist vegan sponge. Complimented with creamy vegan buttercream made from vegan butter and a dash of natural lemon flavouring. Crunched walnuts on top.
A Vegan chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream with nibbed cocoa pieces. Soya milk, chocolate and vegan butter create our delicious and indulgent vegan chocolate sponge. Our secret ingredient is coffee which really brings out the chocolate flavour! Nibbed cocoa pieces are sprinkled on top give some added crunch.

On top you will find more caramel buttercream finished off with more chunks of delicious vanilla fudge and a sprinkling of cocoa nibs. Fudge, caramel and chocolate are a match made in heaven!
How do our non-dairy cakes arrive?
Our sponge cakes are packaged in secure and robust packaging. The inner box is wrapped around the cake to securely hold it in place so the sides and top do not get damaged in transit. The box also includes a handy cutting guide! It is then put in a strong cardboard outer box for extra protection so it will arrive to you safely.

Finding a dairy free cake just got easier, as we can deliver one directly to your door, or to your friend or family member. Simply input their address, and choose the date you would like for it to arrive, or if you order before 2pm you can select next working day delivery. The perfect solution if you are unable to see your loved one on their special day.
How long do non-dairy cakes stay fresh?
Our non-dairy non-fruit sponges stay fresh for 10 days, our non-dairy fruit cakes stay fresh for 7 days, so you can enjoy yummy slices of non-dairy cakes longer. They are best served a room temperature and go great with a lovely hot drink.
STORAGE - Please store me in an air-tight container in a cosy spot - I don't like being kept in the fridge. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
