"Thank you so much for two amazing gluten free sponges which I used to creat my sons ninja turtle cake for his 5th birthday. All of his friends were very impressed and no one realised the sponge was gluten free! This is the second time I have ordered from you (both my children have coeliac disease and so your sponges are a godsend for children's parties). My first order was a Victoria sponge used to create a princess cake for my daughter and it was so fab, that this time I ordered both the Victoria sponge and chocolate sponge I create my sons cake."
