Wedding Cakes At Chester Zoo!

Lisa emailed us her Sponge Moment...

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for providing my new husband (eep!) and I with 2 large lemon sponges and 96 various miniatures for our Chester Zoo wedding reception a few weeks ago, following our New York City elopement.

They went down an absolute treat with our guests - so much so that when we went to grab a slice ourselves, they had all gone! We did manage to bribe a few mini Victoria sponges from friends in the end and enjoyed them for breakfast the next day. In hindsight, we'd have totally hidden a few of each flavour away before the party (bad bride and groom...)

Everybody commented on how different, fresh and tasty they were. The gluten free versions were also much appreciated by our celiac family members."
