Special Sponge Wedding Cake!

Nicola emailed us her Sponge Moment...

"The sticky toffee sponge made it into a wedding cake for a very beautiful couple who got married on Saturday 23rd May.

I decorated the cake. The bottom tier was fruit and your sponge was the second layer up. The others were polystyrene dummies.

The couple loved the cake. When I was decorating it the smell from the sponge was to die for. I had to stop myself eating a piece from the middle!

I will definitely recommend you to my friends. "
