"We ordered a cake from you last year for my mums 70th birthday. It was a 10" Elizabeth Sponge. It was delicious, mum and everyone really enjoyed it. My cousin decorated the cake and I thought I would share it with you. My mum is fanatical about her garden and Sarah (my cousin) did such a wonderful job in decorating your sponge. Mum has been coeliac for about 20 years and she said your cake so great. It gave her a new lease of life in baking and trying to match your one."
