Birthday Sponge from Baby Nephew!

Claire emailed us her Sponge Moment...

"I thought turning 39 this week was going to be a bit grim but that was until I received my very first Sponge from Alexander, my very first nephew who is only 6 weeks old! However I suspect that if I win a cake, it'll be given to Alexander's very tired and deserving parents who live 3 hours away from me which therefore prevents us from seeing each other as much as we would like to.

I loved my gift and the fact your cakes are capable of being frozen is fantastic, as is the information in the little booklet. We've had our first slice of sticky toffee and it's delicious.
