o All entries must be made by joining the Sponge Family mailing list and entering your birthday.

o No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

o The winners will be chosen at random from all people with birthdays in the specific month that have joined the Sponge Family mailing list.

o Only one entry per person.

o If you win, we will notify you by e-mail and on social media.

o If any person to whom the prize is offered does not respond to within two weeks, the prize will be offered to another randomly selected entrant.

o Our decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

o The prize is not exchangeable for cash or any other prize.

o If, for any reason, an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

o Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
