"Nim's Fruit Crisps was born in 2010 from the inspiration of entrepreneurial cafe owner, Nimisha Raja. Nimisha’s cafe sat opposite a school and was popular with children wanting to buy the usual treats - chocolates, crisps, biscuits. As a conscientious mother herself, she started to investigate the reasons why kids tend to follow the same pattern on unhealthy snacking. So, Nimisha developed a product crafted on the perfect balance between sweetness and texture. Now, various flavours of Nim's Fruit Crisps can be regularly found in school bags, backpacks, handbags and food cupboards across London, as well as independent stores, Planet Organic, food fairs, Farmers' Markets and several schools."
