To keep it very brief, we sold SPONGE in our own cafe and deli in Holt for 9 years. The reputation and following was immense, therefore, we thought we would share a bit of SPONGE success with other retailers.
We have taken a traditional product with old school standards, given it an up to date feel, made with great ingredients, in small batches, by decent, honest folk – simple really!

We supply a 7" retail sponge, however, we also supply sponge by the individual wedge and as a 10" pre sliced sponge ideal for cafe’s, restaurant etc to serve to the customer on a plate.
